Sabangan Beach Resort is set along the white sand beach of Laiya. The 5,600 square meter landscaped compound has a swimming pool, air-conditioned cottages, beachfront parasols, a dining gazebo, a pavilion, mini convenience store, free parking for guests and WIFI.

Since Sabangan opened to the public in April 2004 with only 3 bungalows the resort has grown in popularity and is a favorite destination of families, adventure seekers and weekend warriors from Manila and neighboring provinces.

Today, the resort has a total of 6 units of the one-bedroom bungalow, 3 units of the two-bedroom bungalow and 4 units of the loft type cottage. The current lying capacity is 90 persons, up to a maximum of 120 persons.

All accommodations are used for overnight stay from 2:00 pm to 12 noon the following day. Each reservation comes with complimentary pm snacks, Dinner, Breakfast and am snacks for the Sleeping Capacity of guests staying in each cottage.
